Special Voters Meeting

On January 29th, 2012 at 7 PM – a special Voters meeting is scheduled to be held. In addition to extending a Devine Call to a pastoral candidate to serve as the Associate Pastor at St. Matthew, the agenda will include the nomination and election of Lay people and Pastors to be candidates for various positions within the A-BC District. The A-BC District convention is scheduled to be held in Edmonton from May 18 – 21st, 2012 where the nominated candidates will stand for election.

The next meeting of the congregation’s Voters is now scheduled for Sunday, January 29th, 2012 at 7 PM. All Voters are encouraged and asked to plan on attending this special meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to extend a Devine Call to a pastoral candidate to serve the Lord at St. Matthew as the Associate Pastor. Information with regards to the candidates for consideration will be available following the regular Sunday worship services commencing Sunday, Jan 15th until the meeting date.
